Sgt Boul has spent his lifetime serving others.  He honorably served our country in the United States Marine Corps, directly supporting President Clinton; Vice President Gore; President Bush and Vice President Cheney, while assigned to the Presidential Helicopter Squadron One. (HMX-1), in Quantico, Va.

After being discharged from Active Duty, Sgt Boul worked as the Team Leader for the Coast Guard's Surface Forces Logistics Center, in Curtis Bay, for 5 years, and he is currently the Lead Emergency Manager / Emergency Response Official for the Federal Government.  

Sgt Boul uses the skills he obtained over his 25 year career to equip the citizens of the D.M.V. with the life-saving skills taught in his CPR/AED & First-Aid.
